I was browsing, but not for that…

 A mobile phone with gun-related eBay activity, doesn’t bode well.  When viewed in context however, the browsing session clearly related to a gaming console and associated games.  In several cases we have highlighted that whilst illegal images were found on a device, the user had not actively sought them or showed an interest in the same; this has lead to cases being dropped and acquittals.
